Since 2000, Jean has been purchasing and renovating homes in California, New York, Nevada, and Florida. She has successfully built a portfolio of rental properties, collaborating with fellow realtors, builders, property managers, and contractors. She has also purchased land to build a luxury home from the ground up and sold the property for a profit. Additionally, Jean has invested in commercial real estate with a group of investors.

After succeeding with her personal real estate ventures and advising friends and family on real estate, Jean joined Keller Williams and later Redfin, working full-time to offer services to her clients. In addition to an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, Jean prides herself on her familiarity with strategic aspects of real estate, such as the benefits of holding title in living trusts, optimization of tax savings using 1031 exchange, and building ADUs to increase asset value and cash flow.

Jean earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tsinghua University. After obtaining her Masters in Engineering, she went on to the University of Windsor on a full scholarship, earning her Ph.D. in Engineering. Having worked many years as an engineering manager, Jean understands technologies well and speaks the same language as engineers who are home buyers and sellers in the Bay Area.

Jean has called the Bay Area home for more than 20 years and has proudly raised a family there.
